[urq] A Must-See "Coupe Quattro"

Here's some info he sent me:

The rear drive train is from an Audi S2 model... But the inner gears of the rear differential has been replaced with the ones from an RS2 model. The matching 6speed gearbox from RS2 is already installed at the front!
The rear exhaust is from an Ur-quattro turbo 10v.

So far, so good ! The engine is a 6A 2.0 16v lightly tuned (2.5inch diameter exhaust inox piping with metal racing single catalyst, cams from a KR engine, downpipe from an ABF evo engine, ported inlet and ported downpipe flanch, 200 turbo 10v air meter and 924 turbo fuel distributor plus a usual chip !) but it's power of 160ps AT MOST, cannot allow to test the existing drivetrain at its potentials edges!!!
I was keen for a long time to install an s2 or rs2 engine... I dreamed also for an s4 or RS4 v6 engine... But, except of the needed money for the cost of such engine, there ar ealmost double cost to custom install it properly in the c1 front end !!!! And I don't want to mess AGAIN with such job! So, I had the only way of adding a nice turbo on the existing engine or...... to turn this engine to an oettinger 2.2 16v engine with 219ps (without any turbo!). Now I'm on the middle of buying all the needed stuff for this operation!!!
The good thing of the 4 cylinder engine is that is more light than the other solutions I had in mind... And the car's behaviour and balancing is very good !!!! under all circumstances it runs, turns and STOPS very breathtaking, like a very good tuned Quattro !
The only remaining problem I met was the proper installation of the rear differential Blocking pneumatic system.... But it was due lack of the original parts... I hope to have them soon and to complete the quattro system...

MANY AND HUGE PROBLEMS were met but all overcomed one way or another !
But it's not a piece of cake to do such job...

At the front suspension (which remains original c1!) is working good with the S2 rear suspension. RED Koni adjustable absorbers all around make a very nice bound ...

I love it. Can't stop looking at it. Would love to read about its
development, see more pics, and even video. Know I'll never have one as I
have neither the money to buy it if it were ever offered for sale nor the
initiative, follow-through, or skills to create one.
