[urq] alternator bracket ID assistance

According to the FA alternator brackets are as follows: 

035 903 141 L   WR, WX, MB, GV
035 903 141 N   KX
034 903 143 G   RR

Problem is, the one in my hand has 035 903 143 N cast into it and this
number isn't listed in the FA (either Euro or North America).

Is this part (I paid $530 for it new) going to work on my WX?  Is this like
the cylinder heads where casting numbers are meaningless for comparing to
the FA?  

Any help/insight prior to disassembly is appreciated.
