[urq] RE : Lift Throttle Unintended Acceleration - '83 UrQ

Ben,

On my MC1 thottle body, the throttle plate was NOT tight 
enough, and it would sometimes "hang up" in the bore, 
causing some strange throttle situations. After adjusting, 
and cleaning the TB all was fine for 9 years of motoring.
