[urq] Evaporator Coil

The evaporator box has an internal drain that runs into small tubing on its
underside that tees together into a small tube that exits the HVAC well a
bit toward the passenger side and a bit forward from the larger drain that
empties the entire HVAC area.   That smaller tube usually lies close to the
transmission on some cars and is clipped to the "frame" metal on the V8s.
