[urq] Early ball joints... :)

OK then, at 500 Euros, now we can ask the question : Are they rebuildable ? 
I mean, i know the answer, but since I have 4 used ball joints at my home, 
is there a way of reinserting a 18mm shank (from another source) in the old 
core, or this is a one-way thing ? We can work a lot for 500 Euros...
