[urq] Battery Cable Replacement (was sudden stumbling)

Does anyone have some BTDTs for replacing the main battery cables? Use
the old wire to thread the new one in? My stumbling is back after 3
days of perfect running. I can still see my dash lights dimming as I
rev the engine. The voltmeter I wired to the alt is still showing a
drop in voltage when I rev the motor. When I first fire it up, it sits
nicely at 14V and will eventually drop as low as 11v at 4k rpm. I may
need to replace my battery as well. Does anyone know what size OPTIMA
will fit the UrQ? I have no cranking issues, but a short I had a while
back drained the battery half a dozen times. What gauge wire is used in
the main battery runs? Also, what can I use to replicate the "splice"
for the fuse box wiring? Thanks for the help.
