[urq] Battery Cable Replacement (was sudden stumbling)

Your problem seem to indicate the charge problem, which could be either 
brush-rotor contact, or power transfer contacts on VR, or the connection 
between the spade contact on the fuse box and b/cable junction (should 
be doubled if you decide to change it). To check if this part of the 
cable is the problem, connect the fuse box directly to the battery. 
Check this first, before going into changing the main cable.
