Your system and control pressures are just about spot-on. Have you
checked your injectors for flow and spray pattern? I had a partially
clogged injector, and it would stumble when I first depressed the
accelerator, but when fuel pressure increased, it seemed to force
adequate fuel thru the injector.

Jim

Subject: [urq] Another stumbling problem!

Does anyone know the flow quantity of the fuel pump in the 83 urq? I am
advised by the mechanic that the car is running at 6.5 bar main line
pressure, regulated at 1 bar cold and 4 bar hot.

Had the fuel tank relined and the lining broke down and deposited crud
through the system. Have replaced both filters, cleaned and flushed
injectors, replaced the warm up regulator, cleaned and flushed the fuel
distributor, still getting a stumbling when engine is loaded as though
not enough fuel is being supplied.

Any thoughts?

John
