[urq] Rear fender rolling

I had mine done after a minor fender bender. Split the paint in a few places
and caused a few minor ripples which were fixed professionally. I had the
shop use the professional tool that bolts to the wheels. They did this
counless times on golfs. Some people claim to have done it without splitting
the paint, but I would assume body work will be required.
