[urq] urQ/Coupe window regulators : any source ?

Hi there,

Eric's 1985 urQ has chewed its passenger side window lift cable... We
removed it from the car, and now a wood stick keeps the window in its
upper position. We call it the "lightweight" setup...

I looked at the motor/gearbox assembly, and it is not repairable easily.
All the plastic guides/housing/stops are broken, the sheath is broken,
and 2 of 3 of the rubber mounts are sheared. I know the OEM are
expensive, but I recall there was another solution, which was slower but
easy to install. Anyone has a BTDT on these units ?
