[urq] Old but shocking news

Ha!  Had a buddy call me right away with the news two? weekends ago  
when the annouincement was made that he was joining Chip's Team.   
Actually, I wasn't surprised at all, what with Montoya muscling  
himself around the track and causing more F1 mayhem than anyone else i  
can think of.  I say good luck and Good Riddance!
