[urq] hesitation at higher RPM & boost

Just not an option at this point.  Certainly won't be the fix for this weekend
- if anything is broken.

Ben,

 

Sounds just like the problem I was having.  Started off at high boost and
gradually got worse.  Got to the point where it was stumbling with any
throttle at all.  Replaced pump, wires, cap, rotor and checked fuel press,
voltage everywhere & grounds.  Nothing worked.  I just decided to push up my
034 conversion a few months.  Just gave my credit card to Javad and stopped
wasting my time with the old CIS.  Going to do a 2B with new GT28 turbo.  Good
