... perhaps the one who had the ear of a ranking AoA official should print
out these e-mails and show them to him too.
FWIW, a co-worker is driving an A6 2.7T ... don't remember the model year, I
think its a 2000. I wasn't a major influence in his purchase, but we did
often compare notes about our cars. From some of the things he's had to pay
out of pocket for ... headlight adjuster controller, airbag controller, etc
... I suspect he will not be a repeat customer either.
