[urq] Endless AC problems..

Well, I have a bit of a different problem..

On my 83, the fan *never* runs with the AC on.

The compressor never comes on either..

Could be realted to the fact that the only way I can get AC is by opening the
windows and the sunroof, I suppose...?

Also perhaps related to the fact that a previous owner was on a 'weight
reduction mission', and removed the compressor, condensor, evaperator and all
hoses, and that the AC switch is borked..  :-)

At least the open windows allow me to hear the wonderful turbo I5 sound
better..!
