Except my radiator fan and radiator fan wiring harness are also from the
200 20V....so...???

I don't think 3B harness (engine) has anything to do with rad/A/C... I
think in Brandon's case that is still handled/controlled by the original
system.
Finally got the A/C recharged on the '83 and the fan runs all the time.
