Your plans sound top notch. Should be amazing after all that work.
If you are going IIC along with new turbos and manifolds. I'd also have 
to recommend a 20V head.
If not that then a complete 3b swap or AAN swap. Scott Dewitt here is 
South Texas has either for sale. I think the AAN was 2K and the 3B was a 
bit less.
Might be a little easier on your pocket but less tunable and more 
limiting in the long run.
