[urq] Sender for the in-dash temperature gauge

Louis-Alain,
It's the top sensor on 4kq/Coupe coolant spout.
One pin is for overheat light the other for coolant gauge.
On Mike's car we ran a dedicated wire into the inside and into the cluster
connector.
I know it's much easier on the '83s.. :)
