Funny you should mention that, Mike.  The August 2006 issue of C&D 
(pages 80-81) has an article on the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center USA  
in Irvine, Califohnia to serve the 550,000 M-B owners out there who  
own cars built before 1991. They'll even do a full restore for you at  
the rate of $100/hr including parts and labor.  "Course, you may not  
want to spend the $80k they are selling a fully restored 1971 280 SL  
for either...
