[urq] 3B swap or 200 20VT - relay j49 - necessary?

I remember going through that with mine as well. I did have to add a 
relay or two into the harness, but I promise you it wasnt a $700 audi 
relay!  I dont recall what it connected to (been a couple years now), 
but I do want to say fuel pump.
