Funny you should mention it.  I am having a similar problem.  Started
one day only at high boost (15psi).  Then a couple of days later it
started at 3 psi. 
I checked the fuel line and even replaced the fuel pump.  The Javad
suggested looking at the ignition system.  Put in some new plugs, and
now I am good for 10psi again.  Still not perfect, but I am going to
replace the wires and cap/rotor as well.  It is worth a try.  The only
thing I have not checked is fuel pressure at the dizzy.  I have a CIS
pressure guage kit, but it has instructions on how to hook it up.  Does
anyone kow how to connect one?  Thanks and good luck.
