[urq] weird MB behaviour

Hi Guys,

while I'm dreaming of taking my beloved MB out for the summer, one thing 
came across my mind:

The car did this a few times after hard driving on full boost. I have to add 
that the car was nice and warm and everything. When I stopped after a hard 
drive and let the car idle there was a loud sound just like a huge tappet 
rattle.

This shouldn't be the manifold while the engine was warm? (the manifold is 
only 20 000km's old by the way)

Can it be something with oil not getting to the hydraulic tappets or 
something??
