[urq] 3-hole gauge panel DIN sized

I'm sure there is but an easier solution may well be to use the CGT 3 gauge 
panel and move the diff lock panel.  I put mine in the left side cubby - the 
diff panel doesn't really need to take up such valuable "real estate" as its 
rarely even used....
