[urq] More URQ weird behavior

It's interesting that you say this, because the relay I have on mine doesn't
look anything like this, it's got three vertical spades (one centerline on
the top, two on the outside edges at the middle) and one horizontal one on
the bottom.  My FP doesn't work unless the engine is actually turning, but
I'm having a devil of a time figuring out which one is the ground trigger to
the ECU as I do my 034EFI conversion.  Should my relay not be in the K block
on the fuse panel (mine is under dash)?  I'm wondering if someone has done
some rewiring on my car at some point in the past.
