[urq] 1985 Rear bumper : no holes ???

Uh ... well ... maybe not so interesting after all.  I can't claim to have misunderstood, I was just wrong.  It took a trip out to the garage to prove it!  So, let's see, that's a grand total of zero '84s and '85s with rear bumper plugs?  (I could have sworn I was worrying about how I was going to find some.)
