[urq] UPG update

I think that would be a much better PR thing to do.
The only problem with previous UPG events that I could see was the
seclusion of the event... only ur-q owners could see ur-qs.. a little sad
if we are to promote the car and it's history among the public and other
Audi owners.
Count me in.
Now.. who would like to drive the '83 while I drive the '85.. :)
