[urq] UPG update

Anyone want to come to the DC area on Saturday, May 1?  The Potomac-Chesapeake Chapter, of ACNA is participating the 23rd annual Deutsche Marque Concour with the local chapters of BMWCCA, PCA, and MBCA.  This is only our 3rd year participating and we're trying to get our numbers up.  The other clubs typically have upwards of 30-40 cars showing.  PCC is covering the registration costs this year, so it's free display.  Phil Ackley and I were there last year and it would be great to get some other urQs.
