[urq] Brake job : best setup for the street ?

Good night everybody,

As I am running out of things to do on Eric's car (!!!), now is the time
to install some new brakes. What Eric is looking is something more
aggressive, but there is no track time in the future for his car. Brake
dust is not a problem, nor is wear rate as the car will only be a
week-end warrior. Only too much noise is a bad thing. 


So before I order parts, I need your views on these different setups:

Front:
- New stock discs (280mm x 22mm), aggressive street pads (please suggest
brand and compound), use actual stock calipers.

- Upgrade to the G60 setup: please tell me what parts I need to order,
from which car, and what fabrication/modification is involved.


Rear: 
- new stock-sized discs, performance street pads (please suggest brand
and compound), use actual stock calipers.

- upgrade to the urS4 vented setup; please tell me what parts I need to
order, from which car, and what fabrication/modification is involved.
