My vote would be for the fuel pressure accumulator, if the check valve doesn't work, then injectors (in order of expense, of course).  If your car runs fine (after it starts), then your running PSI output from the FP is more than likely OK IMHO, although a pressure tester after shutdown would be a good idea to see what's really happening.
