[urq] Alternator relocation bracket

Brandon,

I moved my alternator to the driver's side.  No A/C though, so I just
used a non A/C 4kq bracket.  The wiring wasn't bad, just got a thick
3' battery cable and joined the alternator to the old wiring and made
a couple of routing loops under the front of the motor.

What intercooler are you going to use?  I used a 2B one and it's great
for the street, but still not enough for the track.
