[urq] Alternator Whine and Airflow Direction

The fan _is_ rotating in the proper direction. First - Checked the
little arrow on the fan. Second this alt is designed to be on the
driver side - don't think about moving the alternator over by just
moving it horizontally over, instead think of moving it over by
_rotating_ around an axis, in this case the drive line. So wrong fan
direction is not the problem.

Interesting point in this...

If the same fan is being used from the original application on the
passenger side of the engine, then that fan is now being rotated the
opposite direction from its original application.

I can imagine that producing some noise and not working at all to draw
air the way it was intended.

Is there a fan available that would be from a driver's side application?
