[urq] Re-affixing Rearview Mirror to Inside of Windshield?

I used a NAPA kit to re-attach mine when I bought the car 4 years ago.
I didn't have to cut any fabric, just clean the windshield and
carefully hold the arm in place for a minute after applying the glue.
It's gotten reefed on pretty good more than a few times since then,
still stuck on there very well.
