[urq] Looking for a Exhaust Manifold for my 83 URQ...

I think I'm going to be looking for a new/replacement exhaust manifold for
my 83 URQ, can anyone tell me if an 86 5000 Turbo MC1 manifold would fit? Or
what mods I might need to do?

Or better options? For a reasonable cost?

Thanks much...I do plan on once it is off, to have it cleaned and thermal
coated in someway...prob along with the intake too...
