It's my sense that the materials that look substantially the same may vary a lot in 
quality.  I suspect that some suppliers take advantage of the 'bling' factor to sell what 
is perhaps not a totally suitable product.  On top of that, there is the issue of quality 
of assembly.  Can't make any judgements about yours, but I think there is a lot of 
inferior product out there.

Dear Audifans:

I have a 4000q racecar. The lines running from the
fuel cell to the fuel pump are SS covered flex lines.

It appears that the inner core has cracked and leaks
when you move the lines.  It's a little scary to think
that without the movement the leak would be unnoticed
until the car is in motion.
