[urq] Seat belt retractor: do's and don'ts question

Haven't had to do it (yet).  I was thinking, however, that what I've  
recently used to lubricate our office door lock (among other things)  
is spray on Dupont Teflon.  Since it's a dry lubricant, I would think  
it would be ideal in this situation.
