[urq] I saw an early '83 and it had a huge windshield washer fluid reservoir. Typical for VIN < 100?

That might be because it has/had the headlight washers as well.  The  
large washer fluid tank was necessitated when installing the  
headlight washers because they'd use up so much fluid.  That's my  
guess.  And they used the same one (outside USA) from '82-'91.
