[urq] Heat cycle brand new Dialynx manifold

Maurits,
I am not aware of any way to heat-cycle an exhaust manifold except through
actual use on the car. When I worked at the dealership we would always keep
spare exhaust manifolds that had been machined after heat-cycling for those
that had warped. Those were stock cast-iron units, however.I'm not certain,
but I don't think the Dialynx requires heat-cycling. Can you check with
them? Aelred should be able to give you an answer.
