[urq] Heat cycle brand new Dialynx manifold

And they still warp like a banana when used on an MB engine.
Not only that, they are the most difficult things to fit - mainly because
they don't fit properly. I had one and lived with it for 3 years,
retightening studs and replacing nuts as they loosened every couple of
months. Junked it as soon as I was able to get my hands on an Audi unit.
