[urq] Dang ol' noisy car - suggestions?

Pull a plug lead or two?  (Assuming you can run this way for the noise
test without anyone asking questions about emissions)
How about building a removable baffle such as the ones available with
Staintune motorcycle exhausts:

Looks like it's just a smaller exit pipe that can be mounted inside the
much larger muffler outlet.  Maybe you could just get a reducer pipe
that will slip over the tailpipes?
