[urq] Dang ol' noisy car - suggestions?

That's a great idea...unforunately I have the "twins attached at the hip" kind of exhaust tips, so hose clamping something on would be awkward at best. 

I think I'll attempt a variation on Eric R's Superbike exhaust restrictor idea, but much cruder and cheaper considering it only needs to work once. My neighbors, on the other hand, would probably appreciate a permanent solution...oh well, it's not like I make 2am taco bell runs in the urq...anymore.
