[urq] alternator whine puzzle (X post) long

Believe me, Brandon is not experiencing an electornic whine, its mecahnical.
BTDT with the 2Bennett piece. It is a function of the slight angle that the
new belt makes with the pulleys (the drive pulley and the alt. are no longer
in perfect alignment). I redcued my noise by shimming my alt. pulley toward
the front of the car but it never went away. In unshimmed form the alt. belt
contacted the AC belt. That created more noise.
