ever cleaned up a rim that got foamed ? it's a full pita... :-)
why clean it up you may ask ? because otherwise, the new tire may not seat 
up correctly and cause leaks or it may just don't want to seat up and the 
less you have to over-inflate tires to seat them up, the better it is (tire 
factories specs max inflate is 4 bar)
