[urq] Test fire and...

I finally got to the point where was ready to test fire my EFI
converted Urq this afternoon. The day had begun with me relaying my
fuel pump, which was much, much easier than I anticipated. After that
I grounded the relay out to test out the braided stainless fuel lines
I'd built, and was shocked that they didn't spray fuel everywhere and
burn my house down. Not a leak!
I set the dizzy to 0 degrees, charged my battery up, hooked my laptop
to the 034 box and proceeded to turn it over. Result: The ECU lost
communication every time I tried to crank, which says to me that I
managed to tap into the load reduction circuit for my ECU, coil and
injector power. Good job dumbass.
So I'm going to have to figure out how to properly wire the thing, but
after my successful fuel pump relay project I think I'll be okay. I'm
still hoping to get the thing started tomorrow, was excited enough
with my progress that I wanted to share it.
Thanks to the list for all of the advice over the course of my
project, hopefully I won't need much more of it now.
