[urq] It moves!

Not only does it start, it now moves.  Not quickly, but it'll run up
through fourth gear with no problems.  Two years of driving a new
Mazda and an C4 A6 got me used to compliant suspension though, this
car is much more communicative.

So, rad fan won't turn on when it's supposed to (it does if it's
jumpered though, so that says that it's just the switch to me).

Also, I have a hose going from the lower wastgate chamber to the
intake manifold.  The car doesn't feel like it's making much boost, do
I have that plumbed in wrong?  Am I causing the wastegate to open
before it should?

I've got all sorts of tuning to do yet, and the flat spots in my tires
are no fun, but just the fact that I was able to take it out on the
road was huge.
