[urq] Relay that controls the power windows?

As far as I can seethere is no relay. BUT there is a thermal cut out which
sits in the relay carrier (I'm sure it sits in the one behind the glove box
on a RHD car - not sure where this is on LHD. It is about 2x1x1.5cm and has
a shiny ally top. Perhaps this has blown. If the windows have not been used
all winter they may have stuck in the runners causing heavy load on the
motors.
Have you tested the motors for a live supply when the switch is pressed?
Have you tried "encouraging" the windows to lower while an assistant presses
the switch?
