[urq] Same valves?: WX/WR head - WR cam if you need one!

I thought the conventional wisdom was that a more restrictive, cat-equipped exhaust was 
responsible for at least part of that 160/200 HP difference.  Perhaps the combination of 
cam timing, ignition timing and cat., all in the interest of meeting U.S. emissions regs.

On the WR in addition to the intersooler you had a MAC01 which 200 turbo
(1980-83) never did.  BTW the Euro 200 turbo had 160hp (different timing
on the dizzy).

On the US side camshaft change made it worse, however intercooler and
MAC02 claimed some of the lost horses here.
