[urq] Mileage

When the UrQ stopped being my daily driver about 10 years ago, I haven't really had the oppty for too many long road trips. I pulled it out early this week for a 600 miler as the V8 was in the shop.  Basically at a more or less steady 80, I got ~20 MPG.  Car is basically stock with a rebuild to stock specs, water cooled turbo and 2 piece exh manny.  Before the rebuild et al, 23+ MPG under same conditions was the norm.  I have an A/F meter and am not running rich except when need be.  Water temps never near 100C and oil right between the 60 and 130C hash marks. Any comps out there?
