[urq] re-cap on WR Cams

Be careful using ETKA for parts going back that far, I don't think using  
ETKA as the application here is correct.  IIRC when I acquired a WR  Cam equipped 
Audi Factory Rebuild head for my urq, it was a 83 5kt application  ONLY.  
Prior to 83, the early 10vt heads were physically longer, and IIRC,  the parts 
from them not interchangeable to the WX/WR motors.
 
I spoke with Ned on this at the time and took some extensive notes on  the 
measures, I'm sure one of us still has them around.  It might actually  have 
reference measures in the Bruce Bell/Scott Justusson exchange on the  merits of 
that cam on the WR in the archives.

Only the 1980-1983 US 5000 turbo used this cam (other  than WR Ur-q).
