[urq] Megaquirt V2.2 5 cyl configuration

Sorry for being late in the thread, maybe I am missing something, but if 
MAC is providing spark, then 5 window dizzy is only confusing MAC, which 
only gets position of #1, and the rest is calculated from the FW pin and 
the teeth on the FW by hall sensors. I think that if you use original 1 
window dizzy, and use the coil trigger wire from MAC to give MS injector 
signal, you should be OK.
