[urq] window regulators

Sounds like the cable is starting to fray.  This often occurs when the
plastic guides break off.  I have had some success replaced them with
the cut-off end of a hard brake line (with the flange) and some
washers, but I'm not sure it's worth the work.  New OEM units are hard
to find if not unobtainable.  Other options require some "fitment" to
install and don't raise/lower as fast.
