I don't remember who asked me if they fit, but the definite answer is yes.
I've just installed them last night, all I had to do is thread the shaft to
4mm x 0.7 mm with a die, making sure one will clamp the shaft with a
vise-grip to protect the diaphragm from the twisting forces. 
So the 40$ Mercedes part (#000-800-69-75 or 123-800-33-75) will replace the
857 711 995A on any car that use them.
